Simone did a wonderful job cutting my five year olds hair. She asked questions to make sure it was what I wanted, She did an amazing job!

Micaela - mens cut to sum it - I walked back in the house after getting a mens cut and my wifes immediate response was "what the hell happened to your head?!" I asked for specific things and she did the opposite. I asked "please don't touch my eyebrows or sideburns"- sideburns gone - eyebrows i had to stop her from trimming. I asked for hair to be left slightly longer in front and in widows peak , and they both got butchered short. overall haircut looks like i got in a fight with a weedwhacker and lost. chop spots, long pieces left in others. it's hair, and it'll grow back but dang... I had several great cuts from this s.clips before , but this one was a disaster. ps. constant chatter was annoying. I'm just here to get a cut.

I received a haircut MUCH shorter than I asked for (even after stressing the length). At the beginning of the cut she asked if I wanted to do the triple play, I said no. She then later asked if I wanted to “rinse it,” which I accepted. She then proceeded to do the triple play and charged me for it. Do not get a haircut from Kiki :/
